Autumn Tundra Ritchie Picture

Autumn Tundra Ritchie

Tundra came to us barely two weeks old.  A client had found her in the Fall of 1999 cold and crying near Mt. Princeton hot springs.  No mother or other kittens were around so they brought her to me.  We bottle fed her for months before she ate solid food.  She was unique in that she loved to fetch.  Small pieces of crumpled paper, hair ties, and small plush balls were her favorites.  She would retrieve for what seemed forever until she tired.  She was very loving and loyal to our family.  She did not like visitors except small children.  She tolerated just about anything from them.  She died Fall of 2007 from  kidney failure.  We planted a lilac tree in our backyard in her memory.
